Bronze Flag Stone Patio

This was another satisfying project from 2017. The client had put in the back breaking effort years ago to get all the stones into his back yard in the shape he wanted, but lacked the technical skills to finish the project. We were able to come in and help finish things off by re-setting the stones that had shifted, and then installed a specialized polymeric sand that stiffens once it has gone through a wet and dry cycle so that it resists any future movement of the stones. The sand provided not just the additional support the flagstones needed, but it also provided a contrasting colour to make the stones "pop"!
